DOES CATTIRE OFFER RETURNS AND REFUNDS?

Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. While we put in our best efforts to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen.

If you discover a fault with the product you received, please take pictures of the defect and E-mail [email protected] within 30 days upon receiving the order. The pictures of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact and we will work with you until you are satisfied.

All Refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our return-eligible criteria.

All refunds will be made in the same mode of payment made by the customer.

Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. 

All the Return packages and shipping remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is advised to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services while returning the package.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
